Pay particular attention to formatting rules that affect the length of your manuscript. Several manuscript types have length restrictions, and improperly formatting your manuscript will delay the peer review process. Other common issues include failure to provide line numbering, author role errors, and the metadata (title, figure count, table count, etc.) not matching between the manuscript and the online submission form. You should also review our <a href=\"http:\/\/vzbmt5sl65q.c.updraftclone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/ESA-Statistical-Analysis-Guidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">guidelines for statistical analysis and data presentation (PDF)<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div id=\"frm_field_16_container\" class=\"frm_form_field  form-section frm_html_container form-field\">\n<h3>ESA Open Research Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Beginning February 2021, the Ecological Society of America adopted a unified <a href=\"https:\/\/vzbmt5sl65q.c.updraftclone.com\/publications\/data-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Open Research policy<\/a> for all publications.
